In today's fast-paced world, where our senses are constantly bombarded with stimuli, it's essential to take a moment to slow down and savor the simple pleasures in life. One way to achieve this sense of mindfulness and presence is through culinary travel experiences. I will be exploring how to do this while honoring food sensitivities without breaking the bank account.

Imagine yourself strolling through bustling markets, inhaling the fragrant aroma of exotic spices, and tasting unique flavors that awaken your taste buds. Culinary travel offers a feast for the senses, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the culture and traditions of a new destination through its food. When you are on a gluten free diet, your best options when traveling are often going to local markets, purchasing unprocessed fruits and vegetables and then making your own meals. Eating fruits and vegetables open your chakras in amazing ways (more about this later). For some of us, eating meat can really support grounding us, and help keep us in our bodies, for others, meat clogs our root chakra and can deplete our energy. As I write about travel, food, and health, my goal is to support you to develop the skills to deepen your understanding of your health patterns and what is right for you, rather than give you a "one plan fits all" idea about eating and health. We will have fun exploring the world, each region's specialized foods and I will definitely be sharing both wonders and mistakes I have made when traveling to support you on your next journey!
